Andrew Melnick

Andrew Melnick is a seasoned securities litigator and compliance advisor with extensive experience in the financial services industry. Currently serving as a Partner at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP since July 2022, and as Shareholder and Managing Partner for McGonigle, PC in New York since October 2016, Melnick has a distinguished career that includes previous roles as Chief Litigation Counsel at Aretec Group Inc. and Partner at Schindler Cohen & Hochman LLP. Earlier experience includes significant positions at UBS AG, where Melnick served as Executive Director/Senior Legal Counsel and Deputy General Counsel, and at Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP as an Associate and Counsel. Melnick holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from Boston University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Hamilton College.
