Brian Chabarek

Brian Chabarek is a seasoned litigator specializing in labor and employment law, currently serving as a Partner at Davison·Eastman·Muñoz·Paone, P.A. since January 2017. With extensive experience handling cases involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, and various workplace harassment and discrimination laws, Brian represents clients at both state and federal levels. Prior to this role, Brian was a Partner at Hoagland, Longo, Moran, Dunst & Doukas from January 2000 to December 2016. Brian Chabarek holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Rutgers Business School.
