Audrey Workman

Audrey Workman, MHA, has extensive experience in healthcare analytics and value-based care performance, currently serving as the Director of Value-Based Care Performance & Analytics at DaVita Kidney Care, after progressing from the role of Senior Manager in the same area. Prior to this, Audrey held positions at the University of Minnesota School of Public Health as a Junior Lecturer, and at nThrive as a Consultant and Associate Consultant in Analytics. Additional experience includes an Administrative Fellowship at Regions Hospital and roles as Operations Chair and Quality Improvement Specialist at Phillips Neighborhood Clinic.
