Emily Steffen

Emily Steffen, PMP, has extensive experience in healthcare and project management, currently serving as an IT Project Manager at DaVita Kidney Care since June 2012. In this role, Emily leads and inspires a cross-functional clinical team while also having held positions such as Supervisor of the Insurance Management Team and Healthcare Operations Manager. Responsibilities have included mentoring, resolving patient insurance concerns, and providing high-level customer service. Emily’s professional journey began at the Medical College of Wisconsin as a Medical Transcriptionist from July 2007 to June 2012, where essential tasks included transcribing dictation and managing patient charts. Emily holds a degree in Business Administration from Marian University and a diploma in Medical Transcription from MPTC West Bend.
