Georgia Albert

Georgia Albert is currently working at DaVita as the VP and Chief Compliance Officer for DaVita International. Georgia has experience in providing strategic advice to a fast-growing international healthcare business, assessing and mitigating compliance risk in non-US markets, leading compliance officers across various regions, overseeing compliance programs, M&A compliance due diligence, and international third-party due diligence. Prior to DaVita, Georgia worked at Accenture as Anticorruption Counsel and at Sidley Austin LLP as an Associate focusing on white collar criminal defense. Georgia also has experience as a Law Clerk at the Third Circuit Court of Appeals and U.S. District Court. Georgia Albert holds a J.D. from Yale Law School and a Bachelor of Arts from Yale University.
