Jill Freismuth

Jill Freismuth currently serves as the Director of People Services, Integrated Kidney Care at DaVita Kidney Care, overseeing a team focused on talent management strategies and program development for over 60,000 employees. With a career at DaVita that began in 2018, Jill has held roles including Director of Talent Management and Senior Manager of Talent Management, leading initiatives in performance management and high-potential talent development. Prior to DaVita, Jill worked at Right Management for over a decade, advancing to the position of VP, Principal Consultant in North America, where Jill established the Community of Practice team and influenced career development innovations across numerous sectors. Jill's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Culture from DePaul University.
