Karen Ladd

Karen Ladd has over two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, primarily within renal care. Since August 2010, Karen has served as the National Clinical Manager at DaVita Kidney Care, having previously held the position of Hospital Services Clinical Manager. Prior to joining DaVita, Karen worked at Fresenius Medical Care North America from February 1999 to September 2009 as an Acute Staff Registered Nurse. Karen obtained a Bachelor of Nursing degree from Spalding University in 1983 and later earned a Master of Science in Patient Safety and Quality from Southern New Hampshire University in 2019.
