Sydney Peters

Sydney Peters currently serves as the Director of Special Projects at DaVita Kidney Care, where responsibilities include acting as Chief of Staff to the Group Vice President overseeing Hospital Services, Business Development, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Joint Venture Finance. Prior experience includes positions at McKinsey & Company as an Associate and Summer Associate, as well as an MBA Consultant role at Dexcom focused on market entry strategies. Sydney has also held various roles at DaVita Kidney Care, including Manager, Senior Analyst, and Patient Experience Analyst, where significant contributions involved improving patient experiences and education strategies. Previous experience includes project management at Epic and research as an Undergraduate Researcher at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Sydney holds an MBA from the University of Michigan - Stephen M. Ross School of Business and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
