T. Jay Warner

T. Jay Warner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in health care and corporate law. Currently serving as Vice President and Group General Counsel at DaVita Kidney Care since May 2016, Warner previously held positions at Premise Health, including Senior Counsel, Interim General Counsel, and Interim Chief Compliance Officer, as well as General Counsel (Pre-Acquisition). Warner also served as General Counsel at W Squared, where responsibilities included overseeing outsourced solutions in various sectors. Prior legal experience includes roles as a Tax Attorney in private practice and Assistant Attorney General for the Tennessee State Attorney General’s office. Warner holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Tennessee College of Law and a Master of Laws in Tax Law from The University of Alabama School of Law.
