Rashid Jamil has extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Rashid began their career as an Assistant Technical Manager at Nazer Industries Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for overseeing the production department. Rashid then joined AtlasBattery Ltd as a Production Engineer, where they managed the production and quality control processes for automobile batteries. Rashid later joined the Dawlance Group of Companies, where they held multiple leadership roles. As the Head of Customer Services & Spare Parts, they were responsible for managing service branches, authorized workshops, and parts dealers across the country. Rashid then transitioned to the role of Head of Quality, where they focused on implementing a proactive quality culture and improving product quality. As the Head of Customer Services, they established and controlled core plans related to customer satisfaction, parts sale, franchise, quality control, and central stores. In their most recent role as the Head of Quality & Customer Care, Rashid had overall responsibility for the three factories, after-sales service, spare parts network, and new product technical approvals at Dawlance.

Rashid Jamil completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from N.E.D University of Engineering & Technology between 1984 and 1989.
