Tessa Dekeukeleire

Tessa Dekeukeleire is a Brand and Creative Strategist at dawn since September 2021, with a diverse background in various organizations including Oxfam Novib, De Baak, PAX, Triodos Bank, Fastned, and Avans Hogeschool. Tessa is currently a Trainee and Junior Jurylid for the Effie Awards Netherlands, focusing on Behavioral Change. Previous roles include Board Member at JongeHonden | YoungDogs, Retail Assistant at Ace & Tate, and Brand Ambassador for The HEINEKEN Company, where Tessa represented the brand globally. As a Co-Founder of Humans of Festivals, Tessa contributed to showcasing the diversity of festival attendees. Tessa holds a Master of Arts in Data Driven Design from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, a Bachelor's degree in International Business from École des sciences de la gestion, and a Bachelor's degree in International Business and Languages from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
