Kivanc Yurdakul

Kivanc Yurdakul has a diverse work experience starting from an intern position at TürkTraktör in 2010. Later, they worked as a Research Assistant at METU from December 2013 to August 2014. In 2014, they joined Roketsan Roket Sanayii ve Ticaret A.Ş. as a Composite Process Engineer. Kivanc'sresponsibilities at Roketsan included designing, monitoring, and improving composite manufacturing processes, contributing to composite part design review, and planning producibility activities for composite prototyping.

Currently, starting in October 2022, they have been working at Dawn Aerospace as a Senior Composite Design Engineer.

Kivanc Yurdakul completed their education in a chronological order. Kivanc started off at Middle East Technical University, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Metallurgical & Materials Engineering from 2006 to 2013. During this period, they also pursued a minor program in the Aerostructure Field of Aerospace Engineering from 2010 to 2013. In 2011, they briefly attended Tampere University of Technology, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Materials Science. Afterward, they enrolled at Anadolu University from 2008 to 2014, earning a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree. Finally, they pursued a Master's degree in Materials Science at Middle East Technical University from 2018 to 2022.
