Stefan Powell

Stefan Powell has a diverse work experience in the aerospace industry. Stefan began their career as a Propulsion Intern at Rocket Lab Ltd in November 2013, where they worked on the development of the Rutherford engine test setup, completed the first 15 firings of the engine, and designed the dynamic regulator for the Electron pressurization system. In 2015, Stefan joined Hyperion Technologies B.V. as a Propulsion Engineer, where they worked until 2018. Finally, since February 2016, Stefan has been the CEO and CTO at Dawn Aerospace, a role that they currently hold.

Stefan Powell earned a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical/Space Engineering from Delft University of Technology in 2014. Stefan then pursued a Master's degree in Space Systems Engineering at the same university from 2013 to 2015.
