Caitriona Cahill is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in food safety and quality management. Currently serving as the Technical Manager at Dawn Farm Foods / International Meat Ingredients Ltd. since July 2004, Caitriona oversees food safety and quality initiatives. Previously held the position of Quality Manager, focusing on food safety and quality management systems. Earlier in Caitriona’s career, a role as a Quality Technician at Vistakon Ireland involved working in the quality control lab. Caitriona holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Science from LIT & CIT, completed between 1995 and 2000.
