Maura Merriman possesses over two decades of experience in the food industry, currently serving as the Science & Innovation Manager (Manufacturing) at Dawn Farms since February 2008. Prior to this role, Maura held positions as NPD Manager and Senior Food Technologist at Carton Brothers from June 2001 to February 2007, and worked as a Senior Food Technologist at the Food Product Development Centre, D.I.T from February 1997 to November 2000. Maura began a career as a Food Technologist at Donegal Foods between November 1995 and January 1997. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science from St Patrick's Pontifical University, Maynooth, a Graduate Diploma in Food Science and Technology from Technological University Dublin, and a Leaving Certificate from Scoil Mhuire.
