Silke Winschuh

Silke Winschuh currently serves as HR Manager for DACH & Nordics at Dawn Foods Global since April 2023, following a brief career break for re-orientation. Prior experience includes roles as HR Manager at GOPA Worldwide Consultants and HR People Manager at Detecon International GmbH, where responsibilities encompassed change management, recruiting, and compensation and benefits. Additionally, Silke held the position of HR Business Partner and (Senior) HR Specialist, contributing to significant organizational changes during the merger between Diebold and Detecon. Earlier career roles included project leadership in IT management seminars and junior consulting at DG Interprojects, alongside research and translation work at Fournier Group. Silke holds a Diplom Übersetzerin for French and English from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz and attended Université Bourgogne Europe for one semester.
