Sajjad Ali

Sajjad Ali is a skilled professional in the food science and technology sector with a strong background in research and development, as well as quality control. Currently, Sajjad serves as a Research and Development Executive at Dawn Foods since January 2022, focusing on new product development, cost management, and packaging innovation. Prior to this role, Sajjad worked as a Quality Control Officer at Butt Sweets and Bakers, ensuring food safety and quality compliance. Sajjad also gained relevant experience during a food safety internship at Pepsi - Shamim & Co. (Pvt) Limited, where knowledge of QA/QC processes and good manufacturing practices was developed. Sajjad holds a B.Sc (hons) in Food Science and Technology from The Islamia University of Bahawalpur.
