Helen Rees has extensive experience in HR, working in various roles for different companies. Helen started their career as the Head of HR at Peacocks in 1998, where they managed the HR function for the retail, logistics, and central support functions. Helen then became the Group HR Director at Peacocks in 2003, responsible for strategic and operational development of the business on a UK and international level. Helen led successful retail acquisitions and integration projects, and was an advocate for the company on legal employment issues. In 2012, they joined Store Twenty One as the Head of HR before becoming the HR Director at Dawn Meats Group later that year.
