Luis Guilherme

Luis Guilherme is a professional with extensive experience in the meat industry, currently working at Dawn Meats since August 2022. Previously, Luis held the position of Auditor at Marfrig Global Foods from March 2022 to August 2022 and served as Supervisor de Produção at Prime Cater from February 2021 to December 2021. Prior experience includes serving as Supervisor de Higienização at Sertao Alimentos Importacao, Exportacao e Representacao Comercial EIRELI, focusing on pre-operational sanitation and factory hygiene in September to November 2020. From August 2018 to December 2019, Luis worked as Monitor de Produção at Aurora Alimentos, training staff and managing production controls, and also completed an internship as Estagiário de Produção, concentrating on project development and waste reduction. Luis holds a Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering from the Federal University of Technology - Parana, completed between 2012 and 2017.
