Alex Papadakis is a Coordinator at Project Bread since September 2022, previously serving as a Clinical Dietitian at Massachusetts General Hospital and completing a Dietetic Internship at Simmons University. The internship involved over 1200 hours of supervised practice across various healthcare settings. Alex has a history with Project Bread, having also worked as a Public Policy Communications Intern, where responsibilities included managing public policy communications and engaging with community activists. Additional experience includes roles as a Changemaker Coach for the College for Social Innovation, a Writing Assistant at the UNH Connors Writing Center, and a Peer-Led Team Leader in the UNH Department of Chemistry. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Dietetics with a dual major in EcoGastronomy from the University of New Hampshire and is currently pursuing the HBS CORe program at Harvard Business School Online.
