Peter Roche

Peter Roche has extensive experience in the meat processing industry, having worked at Dawn Meats since 1995. Currently serving as General and Site Manager for beef and lamb patty production and retail packing, Peter leads a facility that specializes in producing beef patties for the world's largest quick-service restaurant, as well as bespoke burger products and various other meat products for food service and retail markets in Europe. Prior roles at Dawn Meats include General Manager of the cooked and raw value-added division and Factory Manager in the cooked division. Peter holds a Master of Science in Strategic Quality Management Systems from the University of Limerick and possesses certifications in lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
