Vernon Moore

Vernon Moore, MBA, is an experienced Business Acceleration Manager at Dawnbreaker, Inc. since September 2013, focusing on technology startups and assisting small businesses with SBIR and STTR projects. Prior to this role, Vernon served as a Senior Program Manager at Harris RF Communications from September 2008 to May 2013, overseeing complex projects and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery. Vernon also held the position of Program Manager at Harris IT Services between June 2006 and August 2008, leading project teams in IT service delivery. In the USAF, Vernon was the Director of Information Technology for the 11th Bomber Squadron, responsible for managing a five-member IT staff, and served as an Electronic Warfare Officer from 1985 to 2006. Vernon holds an MBA from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University and a Bachelor of Applied Science from the United States Air Force Academy.
