Andrea Marshall has extensive experience in hygiene management within the food industry, currently serving as Group Hygiene Manager at Dawnfresh Seafoods Ltd since August 2010. In this role, Andrea leads hygiene teams across three sites, implementing improved cleaning standards and hygiene systems, while also sourcing suppliers and enhancing training programs for staff. Prior to this, Andrea held the position of Nightshift Manager at Vion, where significant reductions in chemical expenditure and the development of hygiene records were achieved. Andrea's career began at Marshalls Food Group as a Quality Control Inspector and Process Worker, and includes tenure at Grampian Country Food Group as a Nightshift Department Supervisor. Education pursuits include a CMI Diploma in Management and Leadership from Paisley UWS.
