Anne-Sofie Nielsen

Anne-Sofie Nielsen currently serves as the COO and CTO at Dawn Health since August 2025. Previously, Nielsen was Vice President of Product & Engineering at Workday from April 2021 to June 2025, where responsibility included the development of the Workday Peakon Employee Voice platform, and also served as site leader for Workday's Copenhagen office. Nielsen held the position of Vice President of Software Development at Workday, focusing on the Peakon Employee Voice SaaS platform. Additionally, Nielsen was a member of the byFounders Collective, providing advisory support to portfolio companies from May 2021 to December 2024, and served on the board of the Alexandra Institute from April 2019 to March 2024, overseeing strategic initiatives in digital innovation. As CTO at Peakon, Nielsen was instrumental in the development and operations of the company's employee engagement platform. Academic credentials include a Master of Science in Computer Science from DTU - Technical University of Denmark and executive education in Transition to General Management from INSEAD.
