Denyse Woo has worked in the film and radio industries since 1998. Denyse began their career as a HR Recruiter for CBS Radio/ KMXB-FM Mix 94.1 Las Vegas in 1998. In 2015, they took on multiple roles, including Production Coordinator/ UPM/ Locations Manager for Dawnrunner Productions, Director for Hilo Youth Theatre, On Air Personality for the KBIG Morning Show "Wake Up & Drive!" for Pacific Media Group KBIG FM, Production Assistant/ Crafts/ Locations for Leopard Films: Off The Grid, and Director/ Executive Producer/Editor for their own company dWoo Films.
Denyse Woo obtained their high school diploma from San Dieguito High School in 1989. Denyse then went on to obtain a Certificate in Digital Media Arts from Hawaii Community College in 2009. Following this, they obtained an Associate's Degree in Marketing from Hawaii Community College in 2011. Denyse then obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Performing Arts Drama/Theater Tech from the University of Hawaii System in 2014. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Hawaiian Studies: Language Ka Haka 'Ula O Ke'elikolani from the University of Hawaii System in 2019. In addition, Denyse Woo has obtained certifications in Digital Media Arts, Train the Trainer Starbucks, and Real Estate (Hawaii).
