Nicholas Brien

Nicholas Brien is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Executive Vice President and Director of Bridge Engineering Services at Dawood Engineering, Inc. since April 2005, Nicholas oversees the structure group, ensuring high-quality and economical design projects are completed on time. In addition to this role, Nicholas has been a Vice President and Project Manager with the Marcellus Shale Coalition since January 2015, where contributions include serving as Vice Chairman of the Transportation Committee. Previously, Nicholas worked as a Project Engineer at Dewberry from January 2001 to April 2005, and as an Engineering Co-op at the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation from January 1999 to August 2000. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Penn State University, and educational background includes attendance at Ohio Northern University and Athens Area High School.
