Wesley Heisley

Wesley Heisley, P.E., serves as a Senior Project Manager at Dawood Engineering, Inc. since February 2019, bringing extensive experience in engineering and project management. Previously, Wesley held the position of Senior Project Engineer and Manager of the Transportation Department at Navarro & Wright Consulting Engineers, Inc., from January 2009 to February 2019. Wesley also contributed as an Adjunct Professor at Penn State University from September 2011 to December 2016, where instruction was given for the Laboratory portion of the Surveying 111 course. Earlier roles included Senior Project Manager at Evans Engineering, Inc., and significant positions in project management and engineering across multiple organizations since 1989. Wesley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering from Penn State University, completed in 1989.
