Mark's extensive experience with the US Army Corps of Engineers includes roles such as Director of the Navigation and Civil Works Decision Support Center, overseeing navigation data management, and serving as Interim Program Manager for the USACE Infrastructure Strategy. Mark also held positions at the Institute for Water Resources, Headquarters for the USACE, and the Los Angeles District USACE, managing various environmental projects and regulatory programs. An educational background in Environmental Science and Engineering, as well as Environmental Biology from UCLA, complements Mark's professional journey that began with the US Navy as a Naval Flight Instructor.
