Iulian Serban

Iulian Serban is a seasoned entrepreneur and academic with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and software development. As the Founder and CEO of Korbit AI since January 2017, Iulian leads a Khosla Ventures-backed startup focused on advancing code review processes for software engineers. Iulian also serves on the DawsonAI Advisory Board to help shape a comprehensive AI education initiative at Dawson College. Prior to these roles, Iulian founded Blue Analysis, where mathematical software was developed at a young age, and held various positions at notable organizations including IBM and DigiCorpus Aps. Iulian holds a PhD in Machine Learning from Université de Montréal, and additional degrees from UCL and the University of Copenhagen. Additionally, Iulian's involvement in non-profit education initiatives exemplifies a commitment to social responsibility.
