Michelle Schwarze

Michelle Schwarze has a work experience in the dental industry. Michelle started their career as a Treatment Coordinator at Danforth Neighborhood Dental Centre in 2014. From 2015 to 2017, they worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist at the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario. In 2017, Michelle joined Dawson Dental Centres, first as a Clinical Compliance Manager and later became the Director of Operations in September 2021.

Michelle Schwarze has a background in the field of study of CDAII from Georgian College. Michelle also pursued courses in eCommerce & eBusiness Management at the University of Toronto. In addition to their educational achievements, Michelle has obtained certifications such as the CEO Global - Advanced Leadership Development Program 2.0 and the CEO Global Network Leadership Training Program from CEO Global Network. Additionally, they hold the certification of Certified Fit Tester for Respiratory Protection from the Public Services Health & Safety Association.
