Bernie Cobb

Bernie Cobb, PHR, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in strategic HR management and development. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at DAWSON, Bernie collaborates with leadership to implement effective policies and programs under a federal contract with the Air Force Civil Engineer Center. Previous experience includes functioning as a Human Resources Consultant at Auburn HR Services, where significant enhancements to HRIS systems were executed, resulting in improved operational efficiency. Bernie also served as a Training & Development Manager in the United States Air Force, overseeing personnel lifecycle management and achieving a high success rate in succession planning and career development. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Human Resources Management and a BA in Business Administration from Ashford University, along with an Associate of Science in Emergency Management from the Community College of the Air Force.
