Leslie Spears

Leslie Spears has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2011, Leslie worked at Service Credit Union as a Member Services Supervisor I/MSR&LSR until April 2013. Following this, Leslie joined F&M Bank and held multiple positions including Commercial Real Estate Mortgage Closer II from June 2013 to June 2014, Regulatory Compliance Analyst from July 2014 to September 2016, and Assistant BSA/AML Officer from October 2016 to December 2018. In 2014, Leslie also worked at Big Fluffy Dog Rescue as a Foster Parent from January 2014 to January 2016 and an Application Specialist from April 2015 to November 2015. Leslie then joined America's Credit Union as a Business Services Manager from February 2019 to July 2020. Currently, Leslie is working as the Deputy Director of Federal Compliance at DAWSON since January 2021.

Leslie Spears completed a Master's in Accounting with a specialization in Forensic Accounting from Southern New Hampshire University between 2016 and 2020. Prior to that, Leslie obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Austin Peay State University during the academic year of 2006 to 2007. Leslie had previously started studying Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services at California State University, Fresno, although the duration of this education is not specified.
