Megan Gearhart

Megan Gearhart has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and communications. Megan started their career in 2011 with the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Special Intelligence Communicator and later as a Systems Chief. In these roles, they were responsible for maintaining and coordinating communications and data processing equipment for intelligence operations.

In 2015, Megan joined CSRA as a C4I Analyst, where they focused on analyzing and managing command, control, communications, computers, and intelligence systems. Megan continued this work until 2017 when they joined Obsidian Solutions Group LLC as a GCCS Engineer/C2 SME. In this role, they specialized in GCCS engineering and command and control systems.

Most recently, Megan worked at DAWSON as an IT Lifecycle Specialist, responsible for managing and maintaining IT systems. Megan also served as a Server Administrator at the company. Megan'stenure at DAWSON started in 2019 and is ongoing.

Megan Gearhart earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Information Systems Security from American Military University. Megan attended the university from 2015 to 2022. In addition to their degree, they also obtained the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA in February 2013 and the Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Windows Server 2016 certification from Microsoft in June 2019.
