Jeff M. has extensive experience in account management, sales, and claims investigation, currently serving as the Director of Regional Accounts at Daxko since April 2022. Previously, Jeff held the position of Client Executive at Daxko, Sales Account Executive at MicroGenDX, and Sales and Service Representative at Triple Point Industries, LLC. Additionally, Jeff worked as a Case Manager for Wettermark Keith Personal Injury Lawyers, and owned The Smocking Bird, where responsibilities included retail and commercial sales, accounting, and inventory management. Prior roles also include managing injury claims at ACCC General Agency and conducting special investigations at Progressive Insurance. Jeff's foundational experience includes military training as a Combat Arms Instructor in the Air National Guard. Jeff holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice from Auburn University.
