Joshua S. has extensive work experience in customer marketing and customer success roles. Joshua started their career in 2006 as a Host/Producer at ME Television before transitioning to the role of Music Director. In 2011, they joined MOSAK Advertising & Insights as a Digital Marketing Strategist and later became an Interactive Manager. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as an Engagement Manager at Spredfast, managing custom projects for brand and media clients. In 2015, they became a Managing Partner at Mashbox, where they focused on network growth and product marketing materials. Joshua then held roles at OneSpot as a Content Personalization Advocate and at Kazoo as both a Strategic Account Manager and a Customer Marketing Manager. Joshua also worked at Khoros as a Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Director. Joshua joined Fourth as a Customer Marketing Manager in 2021 and later moved to Bigtincan, where they served as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and Director of Customer Marketing. Currently, they are working at Daxko as a Senior Customer Marketing Manager and recently transitioned into the role of Director of Content and Customer Marketing. Joshua S. completed a Bachelor of Journalism in Broadcast Journalism at The University of Texas at Austin. Joshua then pursued a Master of Arts degree in New Media/Mass Communications at Texas State University.
