Florence Gallois

Florence Gallois has extensive experience in the hospitality and retail sectors, currently serving as a franchisée at day by day - Mon épicerie en vrac since November 2016. Prior to this role, Florence held the position of Responsable magasin at day by day from September 2015 to March 2016. Florence's background in the hotel industry includes serving as Sous Directrice at both Hôtel Berne Opera from July 2011 to November 2014 and Hôtel Eiffel Capitol from March 2003 to July 2011. Additional experience includes a role as Night Manager at Residence Inn by Marriott in Vancouver in 2002, and as directeur de nuit at Novotel Paris Les Halles from 1996 to 1998. Florence holds a BTS option Hébergement from Lycée Hôtelier Saint Quentin en Yvelines and is currently pursuing further education at Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers since 2014.
