Neil Hopkins is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the Head of People at Day Lewis Pharmacy since September 2023. Previously, Neil held the position of Senior HR Director, UK&I (Interim) at Wella Company, where responsibilities included leading a team of HR professionals and managing HR operations as part of the Leadership team. With a career spanning over two decades, Neil has also held significant roles such as Executive Vice President, Global HR at GANT, HR Director for Northern Europe at Luxottica UK & Ireland, HR Manager at UNIQLO, HR Officer at Gearbulk, and Editorial Personnel Manager at Express Newspapers. Neil earned a BA in Business Studies from Kingston University between 1989 and 1993.
