Kara Bullock

Kara Bullock is an experienced human resources professional with a comprehensive background in HR leadership across various regions. Currently serving as Head of People at QSIC since January 2025, Kara previously held the position of HR Lead for the Asia Pacific region at Block from January 2021 to January 2025. Prior roles include HR Lead for Australia and New Zealand and Southeast Asia at NuVasive (January 2016 - January 2020), HR Manager for Oceania and Senior HR Advisor for Australia at BIC (January 2011 - January 2016), and Associate at Macquarie Group (January 2008 - January 2010). Kara holds a Master of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Business with a focus on Economics and Finance from RMIT University.
