Petros Papatheofanis is an experienced hospitality professional with a solid background in restaurant and operations management. Currently serving as Director of Operations and General Manager at Day Off Group since January 2023, Petros also co-owns Irene's Finer Diner. Previously, Petros held the position of Managing Partner at The Press Room from September 2018 to October 2022 and General Manager at PROXI Restaurant and Levy Restaurants. Additionally, Petros has extensive experience with Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in various managerial roles, including General Manager and Assistant General Manager, and briefly worked as a Server Assistant at Trump International Hotel and Tower in 2011. Petros holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality Administration from Northern Illinois University, obtained in 2011.
