Fiza Gujaran currently serves as the Executive Vice President of People, Culture, and Diversity at Day One Agency since June 2022. Prior to this role, Fiza held significant positions in human resources at AlixPartners, where Fiza was the Head of People for the Turnaround and Restructuring Practice, and at Deloitte as a Senior Human Capital Consultant. Fiza's earlier experience includes positions at KPMG Advisory focused on strategic HR planning, Oliver Wyman as Regional Manager for Human Capital in North America, and as an HR Generalist at GMAC. Fiza began the professional journey as a Trainer at the University of Minnesota and an Organization Development Manager at ITREB India. Fiza holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota and an MBA in Organizational Development/HR from the University of Mumbai.
