Dolores Podesta is a seasoned clinical operations leader with extensive experience in the biopharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Day One Biopharmaceuticals since March 2022, Dolores previously held director-level positions at Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. and Dermira, Inc., and served as Clinical Trial Manager at Gilead Sciences. Beginning a career in clinical research at AstraZeneca, Dolores progressed from Clinical Research Associate roles to senior positions, demonstrating expertise in managing complex clinical trials. Educational background includes a PhD in Biochemistry and a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from the University of Buenos Aires, complemented by an early foundational education at Colegio Esquiu.
