Hayley Mangan is a seasoned research professional with extensive experience in leading qualitative insight projects for pharmaceutical and FMCG companies. Currently serving as Senior Research Director at Day One Strategy since September 2022, Hayley previously held positions as Research Director at Lumanity and Cello Health, along with a lengthy tenure at Hall & Partners as Research Director-Health. Hayley began their career at Illuminas, progressing from graduate to Associate Director, and has demonstrated expertise in project management, client relationships, and mentoring junior team members. Educational credentials include a 2.1 degree in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Cambridge.
