Matt Melnyk

Matt Melnyk has extensive work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Matt currently holds the position of Senior Vice President Operations - USA at Day & Ross since August 2021. Before that, they served as Vice President Operations at Day & Ross USA, Inc from February 2020 to August 2021. Prior to joining Day & Ross, Matt worked as the Director of Operations at Schneider National from January 2017 to February 2020. Matt also served as the General Manager at Weststar from July 2006 to December 2016 and held a role in shipping/receiving/installation at G.H. Slack & Son from August 2001 to May 2006.

Matt Melnyk attended Trinity Western University from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History. In addition, they have a Certificate of Completion in Fundamentals of Finance and Accounting from the American Management Association, which they obtained in 2013. Matt also has a certification in Lean Manufacturing, although the details of this certification are not provided.
