Rania Harb is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at Day & Ross since April 2023, Rania previously held the role of Senior Employee Relations Specialist at FedEx from September 2021 to April 2023. Rania's career at Day & Ross began in June 2018 as a Human Resources Generalist. Prior to this, Rania was the Head of Recruitment and Training at WORKLAND, where a technology-driven approach to HR challenges was emphasized.
