Samantha Kinney has worked at Day & Ross Freight since 2007. Samantha started as a TLC agent and then became a Supervisor, Customer Service in 2013. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Director Customer Care, which they currently hold.

Samantha Kinney attended the University of New Brunswick from 2017 to 2018, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Prior to that, they attended Oulton College from 2002 to 2003, focusing on Child and Youth Care.
