Ashley Carrillo

Ashley Carrillo is a dedicated professional with extensive experience in learning and development, currently serving as the Manager of Learning Technology and Processes at Day & Zimmermann since August 2023. In this role, Ashley oversees the implementation and continuous improvement of digital learning platforms, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, managing the Learning Management System, analyzing learning data, and collaborating with various stakeholders. Prior to this position, Ashley held multiple roles at AvidXchange, Inc., including Learning and Development Specialist II and I, where initiatives resulted in significant revenue generation and enhanced training programs.
