Lisa Ann Cooney

Lisa Ann Cooney is Sr. Vice President, Chief Legal Officer, and Corporate Secretary for Day & Zimmermann. She is a member of the Company's Leadership Council, which makes decisions regarding overall Company strategy and policy. She chairs the Company's Ethics & Compliance Committee and is a member of the Company's Executive Diversity & Inclusion Committee. She also is the Executive Sponsor of the Company LGBT & Allies Employee Resource Group.

Lisa brings over twenty years of legal experience to her role. Prior to joining Day & Zimmermann in 2007 as General Counsel for Yoh, one of Day & Zimmermann’s businesses, Lisa worked at a premier Philadelphia-based law firm, where she specialized in labor & employment law. Over the course of her career with Yoh, Lisa guided litigation strategy, provided adept contract negotiation and management advice, and supported M&A and due diligence activities for several acquisitions, including those in Europe. As General Counsel to Yoh’s ultimate parent, Lisa manages a team of over 25 attorneys and law professionals.

Lisa is a graduate of Douglass College at Rutgers University, BA, and Rutgers University School of Law, JD. For several years, she served on the Board of Directors for Habit for Humanity, Burlington County, New Jersey.
