Lisa Miller

Lisa Miller, PHR, SHRM-CP, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resources, Environmental, Safety, Health, Security, and Ethics. Currently serving as the Manager of Environmental, Safety, Health, Security, and Human Resources at Day & Zimmermann since October 1985, Lisa has demonstrated innovation and success in managing complex labor relations within a multiple union workforce. Previously, Lisa held the position of Supervisor of Industrial Safety & Training and Ethics Officer, focusing on medical and industrial hygiene, safety training, and worker compensation. Lisa's career began as a General Clerk for the US Government from June 1982 to February 1985. Educational qualifications include a degree in Industrial Hygiene Technician from the University of North Carolina and a degree in Business and Industrial Supervision from Labette Community College. Lisa is a graduate of Labette County High School, where education was completed from 1977 to 1981.
