Mike Yoh

Mike Yoh is president & CEO of Day & Zimmermann's Munitions and Government business. Day & Zimmermann is a leader in construction & engineering, staffing, and defense solutions for leading corporations and government agencies around the world. Headquartered in Philadelphia, PA, and ranked as one of the largest private companies in America by Forbes, the company employs over 21,000 people and operates from more than 150 locations worldwide.

Mr. Yoh has held a number of increasingly responsible technical and management positions throughout Day & Zimmermann since joining the company in 1985, including assignments in engineering, operations, production, business development, quality improvement, and contract negotiation and management.

Mr. Yoh serves in many capacities on outside boards. He is a member of the executive board of directors of the Munitions Industrial Base Task Force (MIBTF) and a former member of the Industrial Committee of Ammunition Producers (ICAP). At Duke University he is a member of the Pratt School of Engineering Board of Visitors. He is also a past member of the Executive Committee of the Annual Fund, past president of the Duke University Engineering Alumni Council, and past member of the Duke Alumni Committee. Mr. Yoh is a member of the leadership committee of the Boy Scouts of America’s Sea Base High Adventure Camp and is a former Vice-Chair of the Boy Scouts of America’s Cradle of Liberty Council. He is a member of the board of the Anglican Foundation of Philadelphia and a past member of the board of directors of the National Defense Industrial Association's (NDIA) Delaware Valley Chapter.

Mr. Yoh holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from Duke University.
