Hasyim Siraj

Hasyim Siraj has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. In 2018, they interned as a Human Resources Generalist at Harbour Energy. In 2019, they worked as a Talent Development Manager at StudentsCatalyst and later as a ULIP HR Business Partner at Unilever. In 2019, they joined Gojek as a Recruitment Coordinator SEA and eventually became a Recruitment Coordinator SEA & Talent Sourcer. In 2021, they briefly worked at Samsung Electronics as a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding professional. Currently, they are working at DayaLima Abisatya, where they started as a Business Development professional and is now leading the Business Development team.

Hasyim Siraj holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business/Managerial Economics from Institut Teknologi Bandung. Hasyim has also obtained certifications such as the Facilitator Certification Process, Targeted Selection Interview, Dimensions Analysis Workshop, and WMI (Wakil Manager Investasi) - Investment Manager from DDI (Development Dimensions International) and TICMI (Tasikmalaya Institute of Capital Market).
